Welcome to Falmouth Academy!
My name is David Perry, and I am honored to serve as Falmouth Academy's Head of School. My family and I settled in Falmouth, MA, this August, and I have been fortunate to spend the early months immersed in this remarkable community.
Falmouth Academy’s emphasis on community, excellence in teaching, real-world science, integration of the arts, and commitment to sustainability resonates deeply with me. My approach to leadership centers on empathy, transparency, and authentic communication. By listening to and understanding the diverse perspectives within our community, we can build a shared vision for the future.
With a background in domestic and international education, including leading schools in Delhi and Santiago, I bring a global perspective and a collaborative approach. This experience has prepared me to foster an environment at Falmouth Academy where everyone feels valued and inspired.
