In the spring of 2022, three Falmouth Academy students sailed with the Falmouth High School Sailing team, which is a member of the New England Schools Sailing Association (NESSA), a division of the Inter-Scholastic Sailing Association (ISSA). This inaugural mixed team made it to the O'Day Qualifiers.
In 2023, Falmouth Academy contributed six students to the FHS Yachtsmen team, which sails out of Quissett Harbor.
In 2024, FA supplied five sailors, three of whom advanced to the O'Day Trophy in Greenwich, CT.
