Simon Center for the Arts

Hermann Theater
This versatile air-conditioned black-box theater can meet many needs from a film screening, live theater, a community talk, or a concert. It has a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system.

Heald Music Room
The beautiful and air-conditioned Heald Music Room is perfect for smaller groups. This room has great acoustics. Projection and whiteboard technology are available.

Driemeyer Lobby and Simon Gallery
This expansive open-concept area is ideal for small social gatherings and art exhibits. It may be rented separately or in conjunction with the adjoining spaces of the Hermann Theater or the Heald Music Room.
Indoor/Outdoor Event & Meeting Spaces

Morse Hall
This is a light-filled, temperature-controlled, multi-purpose space that may be ideal for any function from meetings to socials. Adjacent kitchen facilities are available.

Rental may be paired with adjacent Hutker Yard.

Hutker Yard
This architecturally designed courtyard adjacent to Morse Hall offers a wonderful outdoor space for events. Tents are allowed and make for a beautiful event. This space facilitates the option for a combined indoor/outdoor function with Morse Hall (additional fee).

Kitchenette
Kitchen facility and possible event staging area adjacent to both Morse Hall and Hutker Yard.
Athletics

Gymnasium
The gymnasium has a new floor and electronic scoreboard and can be divided into multiple playing areas. Concert-style seating is available. Volleyball net and basketball hoops are available.

Three Regulations Fields (soccer/lacrosse)
Falmouth Academy has three regulation fields for soccer and lacrosse, two with bleacher seating.
Classrooms/Conference Rooms

Buxton Library
An ideal space for meetings. Whiteboards and projection technology are available.

Standard/Double Classrooms
Standard and Double classroom spaces offer state-of-the-art interactive whiteboards and projection systems.

Tower Conference Room
Ideal space for small meetings around a conference table.
